From the Koča na Gozdu hut to its summit is "only" 852 meters of elevation away. But they must be earned properly. Without advanced scree skills and at least basic alpinistic experience, don't go there. Orientation from the saddle at Prednja glava is very demanding and you quickly find yourself in a dead end. The same applies downhill. In the last four years only 5 ascents have been recorded in the logbook, of which at least four were by alpinists.

has any of you already reached Mali Prisank? There is very little information about this peak (Slovenske stene, Marijana&Marko). What about Velika Goličica?

DVas: the pleasure on such a tour is finding your own paths, not blindly following others. With some sense of orientation and a map everything is possible.

Dprapr: depending on what descent you want. Now Tamar might be the only option.

Dprapr: Or if you go from Vršič to climb Travnik and the routes there might already be a bit borderline - then because of the start, which is later than at two, you can be quite worried about its sunset more than the sunrise.

In Žalec it probably wouldn't go through, right?

And that's why, thank God, nature there is much more pristine. Money only destroys it and incites people against each other.

On the other side of Vršič it's not much better.

It's only right to abolish it. There's no place for alcohol in the mountains (and elsewhere). Of course most think differently.

Trobec: they are similar. The gully after crossing the chute, however, has almost no comparison in scree.
I wouldn't agree with the final rating that it's not extremely demanding. Not everything is in ratings and also the rope of the mountain guide instills quite some self-confidence in the client. Just how it would be without it ...

Really, nowhere is safe. Maybe the bus really is the best.

From the saddle to the summit, quite good signposts: muddy sheep tracks, as sheep often graze there.
