@DVas Maybe you'll be interested - the border between Austria and Slovenia is defined in various ways, involving a combination of a description, geodetic coordinates and a border plan. Interestingly, this completely depends on the individual section and each one needs to be looked at separately.
Well, specifically for Ostrv and Grad, which I mentioned as candidates for verification, it is the case that on their sections it is explicitly stated that the border runs along the watershed (i.e. along the top of the ridge) and NOT as a direct line between two border stones. So both mentioned belong to the list of Slovenian peaks.
