In short I have slightly older automatic crampons, not that old though, but I'd like to upgrade them with that stainless steel strap with a ring on the front part, specifically so that they are also fixed to the connecting strap around the leg.
Where could I get this done or would some service for such equipment (if it exists) do it for me and for how much?
Before you jump up about safety ... I use crampons for safe walking in "innocent" winter conditions and not for ice climbing.

Of course annual tickets don't exist, because with the current collection system they obviously think they collect enough and more, but I think in the long run they lose guests. Especially indirect providers lose guests.
Praiseworthy of course that over the years the collected fee on this road shows, as it's almost fully asphalted.
What bothers more is that e.g. parking in Bohinj is 100% higher than in Ljubljana center, and that the Bohinj guest card doesn't apply to this road and, what bothers me personally most, that the collector below lets cars up even if the parking is already full.

Yes because of these repeater stations you can drive many places where you otherwise wouldn't and many forest roads are plowed in winter too.

I strongly doubt you can get up that "road" in the photo with an SUV.
For such a climb you need an off-road vehicle with low range and off-road tires.
