Grebenska is all dry, so probably south too, unless some patch left in the gully

Check the post on 4.1.2016, then the road was also officially closed, but it wasn't possible to go up with touring skis. So what the hell does the information that the road is closed help if one is asking about the conditions for a hike with touring skis?! I'm also interested, for example, in how far one needs to go on foot.

Julius, please tell me where on PIC and geostik one can get an answer to what the conditions are on the road for touring skis? I'm asking seriously

Kanzianiberg is nice, but can't compare in difficulty to Traingerwand/Luft unter Sohlen

Today I was on Little Mojstrovka via Hanz path. At the entry there is huge loose scree and an overhanging snow wall completely blocking access. I bypassed to the left, but you need to free climb about 10m (III). Later no problems on the path, snow only up top before the last pitch to the summit.

We hiked this route last weekend, definitely the best route to Pogačnikov dom, although the longest. We descended via Gamsovec to Vrata

On July 5th I went up, and the path was dry.

Today I went on this route, and it's completely dry, except at the entrance to the climbing part, where you have to climb a few meters over snow, but nothing problematic. Crampons and ice axe not needed.

So there should be nice weather in the morning.

Today I was on Mangart, and towards the summit about 20cm snow. On the Italian one you can get up without crampons and ice axe, but I advise against the Slovenian. The Italian via is dry.
