That booklet by Kresal is top! One of my best buys Super route. With my girlfriend we wanted to climb this left variant completely a while ago, but conditions were too poor. Teranova nice for climbing and also access to this gully, so no need to go through Žrelo all the time to Ledine. When you see Saša Kamenjev's memorial from below, you're not surprised why it has such a rating

No problem, I liked it sinking a bit to build condition Otherwise we caught a really fantastic day for the ascent. Great that you rescued those crampons!

Today on Grintovec through Grapa over the caves. Started at 7 and took 6.5 hours for the trip. Conditions in the lower part to Cojzova hut were super because it was still frozen. At entry to the gully around 10 the base was already quite soft, so recommend early start. The gully is filled and has no rocky steps. On the path through Tasko noticed Cassin crampons. Left them there because figured someone would look for them and no more space in pack. They are where some fixed cables by the path. Added a pic too.

I was on Planjava on Wednesday 16th. From KS to the top of Planjava there are three short snowfields. I had an ice axe with me, but didn't need to use it, I crossed because the snow was quite soft. The hardest for me was the entry to the secured section before KS, from Okrešelj upwards, where there's still quite a lot of snow, but you can avoid it somehow, so no major problems.
From Repov kot there should be more snow, I talked to two climbers on the summit...

Great, thanks for the pictures, I was really curious about the conditions. Does anyone maybe have info on the status of the path through Žrelo to Storžič? Is there still a lot of snow and do you need crampons, ice axe or can it be done without?

I'm waiting for real conditions for the high mountains for more than a month and I'm worried that maybe there won't even be proper conditions anymore. There is a lot of snow, in case of sudden thaws the snow conditions won't be proper and everything will be too soft.
