Please help. I have planned a two-day tour in Krnsko pogorje. From Dom v Lepeni to Planinski dom pri Krnskih jezerih (need stamp), then Vrh Krna. Overnight in shelter below Krn, then to Krnska škrbina, Batognica and back to Krnska jezera, but on path to pick up war remains and monument. Must return to Lepena mainly due to car. Anyone better idea for nice loop.

Maybe someone knows if the path from Planina Podvežak over Mala Ojstrica to Ojstrica is dry or if you might encounter snow? Thanks for the reply.

Oh, and my humble suggestion: If you can't voice an opinion, describe your experience, then leave only path descriptions on hribi.net, delete the commenting option. Because just as Seliškar has a hard time reading me, I have a hard time reading him.

For all hill climbers used to paths in the "very difficult marked path" range: Jezerska Kočna via Kremžarjeva is wonderfully executed, not too demanding, adequately secured and interesting path! You need a helmet and caution - which is always necessary anyway and a big mountaineer's heart for everything Kočna offers you. Good luck everyone!

On Saturday I did a tour: Jezerska Kočna via Slovenska to Kranjska koča na Ledinah and then climbing route to the top of Koroška Baba. Then to Jezersko sedlo, and to Ledinski vrh. Back it was faster - first stones started falling. By the hut on Ledinah it got so wet that I didn't dare go down Slovenska and we took Lovska to the valley. No surprises with snowfields practically (two small ones), no winter gear needed though we carried it diligently). But the looseness of the path to Baba and the exposure of Rudi's vertical surprised me a bit. Still recommend! If you're respectful to Baba, it gives a lot. That's how we are.

On Saturday from Okrešelj to Savinja Saddle. The road through Logar Valley was frozen. The path from the waterfall to Okrešelj was nice, further up real winter. In some places the snow sank to the knees, in some places it crunched just right. The weather wasn't much, but I was still very happy for my first winter ascent.
