Due to circumstances I'm in an area I barely know, and right now I have more time for walks up and down around.

But there's a little problem. My orientation is extremely poor. My dear is not home during the day, and he doesn't know it either.

Is there any app or something to discover the paths? Even just navigation to the starting point and following a good path description makes it easier. Municipality of Gorje and nearby surroundings.

All I know is Pokljuka gorge, walks along Radovna, Hotunjski vrh.

Bolha and FB are full of ads for various strollers. Something will turn up. Mine says he could maybe push it with rollers sometimes (me, no, haven't rollerbladed in 100 years). And I realized handbrake is mandatory equipment. Otherwise I'm super happy that you can go to many nearby hills, even Kofce with a stroller, along the gravel road to the hills. We also have a backpack, but that would have to be a bigger one to carry. Yeah, thanks. Until I started looking at strollers, I had no idea there were soooooo many options. And thanks for the kind wishes, lately I'm so emotional it almost brought me to tears...hormones smile

I'm also dealing with choosing a stroller these days. OK I know wheels must be large and rubberized, not plastic. And I also prefer gravel, through the forest over asphalt.

Has anyone noticed a difference in favor of 3-wheelers? Just looking at Bebe Comfort High Trek, Quinny Freestyle 3xl, Cam Cortina X3 Evolution, and some 4-wheeler like Tutek grander caught my eye.

We're looking for used but well-preserved ones. We need 2-in-1: bassinet + sports seat or whatever it's called.

Do Merrell Vents count as mountaineering? Would the grip be good also on rocky terrain? More mid-mountains, high mountains (not yet) for me, don't walk very demanding trails either. So far Stol was the most I managed.

Proalp made to measure. As soon as you have some defect or peculiarity, it's a waste of all those nerves testing a number of shoes.

maxwell. Low cut boots. No insole helps - none. The only option might be soft leather gojzerji, without reinforcements etc. But I haven't tried them myself to confirm.

Alpina has quite narrow shoes and if your foot isn't narrow...I know the problem. They pass, really. No piece of gear is so hard to buy as shoes-any kind!

I myself have 40-40.5 size too. And almost no sneakers, shoes, boots in that size. All bigger also 42 and mostly men's models. zavijanje z očmi From brands at me you find Merrell, Dunlop...At me you don't find Alpina, Salomon, Nike. Gave up on their models.

Descent though good lacing technique and what comes with practice-good step. Myself only now getting to better leg, foot placement on descents and finding better lines. Before just landed with foot like a cramp, wasn't nice next day.

bob...satisfied, mom A1 satisfied. Whatever suits one. Or does it only seem to me that A1 and Telekom are still the most reliable networks? Then it also depends on the phone, sometimes I tune to G2/3 for better signal, well that applied to the old phone, this one now is OK.

I would first turn to some physiotherapist, sports doctor, only then to a general doctor. And give him a bit more data.

Does it hurt on both sides or one? Any other changes (gained weight, lost weight, started training / exercising something, sitting more than before)....? Does it happen to you in cold months or also in summer? In women hormonal contraception sometimes brews many things...

There are also heating insoles for 1x use. They work for about 6 hours. You can get them in sports stores.

Say something like this https://www.intersport.si/thermic-toe-warmer-vlozek-za-smucarske-cevlje-329530

or https://www.extremevital.com/sl/smuci/smucarski-grelni-vlozki-c-448.html

With motorcycling it's similar :p but there I found good models and I compensate for the missing pocket with the jacket. I hardly get used to tight cut all the way to the ankles and those two pockets more for show, can't even stuff a pack of tissues in and walk comfortably. Then I really take something from a men's model and if I need to adjust the waist, shorten the legs, I ask the neighbor seamstress velik nasmeh Now I found out climbing pants are also good for hiking.

I'm gonna go crazy soon (if I'm not already nasmeh ).
I'm desperate in stores or it annoys me. Manufacturers haven't figured out that some woman might want looser pants, not tight ones, with the same number of useful pockets as men's models.

Some men's models really appeal to me, even the colors (like yellow/green/orange/blue/red). Something that stands out from green, brown forests and gray mountains and is visible.

Has any female companion found some brand, store or do you all squeeze into women's models, buy men's and then alter them at the waist somewhere?

I don't have Tibet otherwise. But the inner side I grease 1x a year with beeswax or similar, there the heel part or what can be reached by hand.

I pay more care to the outside for impregnation. And there also with wax 1x-2x yearly, and if there's some strong downpour, wet for walking, then after it dries also with impregnation spray.

bought 2012... What about newer 2015 and later? When you do 100 high mountain tours with new models you praise them for a reason... Rok did 15 tours, too quick to talk about durability.

I still claim that producers in the last 15 years found a market niche and worsened material quality for greater consumption. Alpina is no exception, sadly.

Mom swears by Planika. But now she goes to the mountains only about 10x a year.

Everyone praises their own and that's right. But do you also change the insoles? Cushioning and such?
čara26. 08. 2019 11:04:07
And where did the last post with photo comparison of gojzerji 2012 and 2015 disappear to?
čara22. 08. 2019 14:47:24
Alpina is no longer what it used to be. I suspect they have some bad glue and worse materials. Well, materials aren't what they used to be many places either (no economic sense if your chest lasts 30 years).zavijanje z očmi

That's why I don't buy footwear online. And from clothes only pajamas or nightshirt. You have to try everything, then take it.
