During our holiday in Bovec we walked along Možnica all the way to the holiday home, and at the same time we checked out the spring and pools of Nemčlje. I probably don't need to write that there's no mass visitation here. We didn't meet anyone, so we enjoyed the beneficial peace and listening to the babbling Nemčlje. The pools are just as impressive as those carved out by Mostnica. Definitely worth a visit

Yesterday I set off with both my fluffies past Krems to the 1142 m high Škrbina, located in the ridge of Slaparjeva gora above Kokra valley. The path is not marked, no cairns either, we ascended along the clearings, at the end a path goes along the ridge. Too bad about the views, as the main peaks of KSA were in clouds.
From the top we continued up and down along the ridge towards Javorjev vrh, but only to the "marked" junction which takes you back to the start via clearings and macadam. Peace, quiet and solitude are guaranteed in these parts. If I didn't have the fluffies, I'd have been a bit scared

The path that goes from Bašelj and past Lovrenc pod Storžič leads you to the path Kališče - Pl. Javornik, on which they ran the vertical to Storžič.

Although the prices are really salty , the last sentence is the one that outweighs everything Bravo vi2, and especially congratulations to the young mountaineer for the third ascent of Očak

On Saturday there was also the Ratitovec raja event on Ratitovec besides the holiday. So on foot from home along forest paths and trails to Jesenovec, from there along the road first to the Ledine marsh, then to pl. Klom, where at the shepherd's hut the first slightly longer rest. Since the shepherd was on the terrain, after we wet our throats and rested a bit, we headed towards Krek's hut. Here we lingered quite some time, as the live music was very pleasant, I also met some acquaintances.
We descended via Razor and past the hunting hut Na Toli to home. We covered 21.5 km and about 5 hours of net walking. Temperatures were quite bearable, in the morning it was pleasantly cool, at the hut the wind was blowing, so the heat wasn't felt. Three quarters of the way we walked in the shade, and we arrived home pleasantly tired

Also me there last week. And all free, free parking, free viewing of the gorge, which is nicely arranged. Lots of people and dogs, even though it was during the week in the morning hours. The gorge is a pleasant escape from the heat, the dogs enjoyed it a hundred per hour
