on hribi.net there's constantly this ad ADVERTISEMENT BY BINLAYER.COM appearing. it's extremely annoying because it suddenly pops up and takes a very long time to load. when you close it, it keeps showing some error. can you do something about it?

Reply to mali paklenici... I already have other Kayland hiking boots and I'm very satisfied with them. Currently I have exactly the boot you're asking about. As far as I'm concerned, it's very comfortable, reliable and has a sufficiently stiff and non-slip sole. I have a somewhat narrower foot though. I use them for ferratas as well as multi-hour hikes in the high mountains. I've already hiked many paths, and the boot is still as it should be. No remarks.

Today we went over Kotovo sedlo to the top, then over Jalovsko skrbino back to Tamar. The path is nicely routed, fantastic views, but requires a great deal of caution and of course a secure step. There are really many pitons on the path, there are also quite some cables, so if not sure, just take and use svk. As many have written, it's a path for well-experienced hikers. Today conditions for summit visit were fantastic.

I have them this season. As far as I'm concerned, they are great, fit my foot well, are stiff enough for high mountain walking, the sole is excellent (doesn't slip), they have some cushioning in the sole, so even after long walks my knees don't hurt (as they used to). Yesterday to Skuta via Zmavcarje, down via Kokrsko sedlo to valley. Path well traceable but quite steep. In wall lots of pegs and natural holds easing ascent. Views fantastic rewarding all effort. No snow patches on path. Needs decent fitness given length and steepness. Really nice tour.

I went yesterday. I left the car by the road a bit further past the turnoff for Šport hotel, then right across planina Zajavornik. There at the parking on the planina (at the log storage) cars were parked, so it seems drivable. Then on to Blejska koča - path nicely trodden. From the hut towards DP it was blowing like hell, snow windblown, in places sinking in. Otherwise clear skies. View gorgeous. Regards.

There are many better stores than theirs. Price-wise (don't know where they get those prices) especially also with customer service. Those promotions of theirs are anyway one load of crap. I don't buy anything from them.

Was anyone up there these days? Mainly interested if there's still snow on the ridge to the hut? Planning to go tomorrow.

I never get blisters... I wear only one pair of socks (hiking) and well-tied shoe. Feet or socks I also have wet, which seems normal to me as hiking shoe is not as breathable as sneakers... and I never take off shoes at the top. I think the point is that the shoe fits the foot well. For that, you need to take quite some time at purchase (despite sellers' complaints)

What about timewise? Any snow patches somewhere? Regards.
