Hi!

In the near future I plan to go via Žmavčarje to Rinke and sleep in the Bivouac under Skuta. I've never slept in a bivouac before (nowhere, only looked inside one - Za Akom), curious what to bring (mat or sleeping bag....) and how is the occupancy of this bivouac.

Thanks for the answer and best regards.

Hey!
Wondering how icy the path to Vremščica is right now. Can you go without crampons?
Thanks for the reply.

Hi! On Saturday we went with a colleague to Strelovec past the Palenk waterfalls, descended to Klemenča cave. Soon an unmarked path branched off to the left from the marked path to Klemenča, which in a few minutes took us to a viewpoint (nice view into Robanov kot), then the path dropped a bit and rose briefly (rock walls on both sides, like a gully - there we turned back to the marked path). I wonder if this path descends to the end of Robanov kot and what the difficulty or exposure of this path is?
Thanks and best regards.

I copied the description from the list of mountains

On Višarje we notice a gravel road that starts descending moderately (road is on the right side of the hamlet on Višarje). We follow this road for about 15 minutes to the chapel, where signs for Kamniti lovec (Monte Cacciatore) direct us to the footpath beside the chapel. The path first runs almost horizontally, then starts ascending and soon brings us from the eastern slopes to the western ones. The path soon leaves the forest and brings us to the screes under Beraški križ.
This is followed by a somewhat steeper ascent to the cirque under Kamniti lovec. Here we see our goal very close. The path ahead turns slightly right and ascends to the screes under Kamniti lovec. This is followed by crossing the scree in a slight ascent to the entry into the more difficult part of the path. The marking directs us right into the gully upwards. Here the path ascends steeply, and a chain assists us. After a few meters, the path leaves the gully and turns right. After a few meters, the path brings us to the adjacent gully. The connection between the gullies is well secured. This is followed by the ascent up the gully, which is secured in places and where in places we must assist ourselves with hands. On the ascent and descent in this section, we must take care not to dislodge stones. At the top of the gully, we turn right and in a few steps reach the panoramic summit.

Thanks and best regards

Hi!

Is there still any snow on the path?

Best regards!

Regarding Prisojnik: on the list of mountains, the only not very difficult route described is Vršič-Prisojnik (Slovenian route). Regarding future snow: based on your experiences, maybe you can predict, aha now there is still so much and that amount will surely melt by 11.7. As for mountains, I am an even bigger beginner, otherwise I wouldn't have asked any question, so your cynicism is a bit unnecessary.

Hi!

From 11.7.-18.7.09 I'm going to Kranjska Gora. Since I'd like to climb some 2000-er I'm interested in what the conditions (dryness) are or will be on: Prisojnik (Slovenian route), Špik (Hotel Erika-via Kačji graben), Mala and Velika Mojstrovka (south route) and Jerebica (Možnica).

Lp

Hi!

Tomorrow to Konj (Kamniška Bistrica - Presedljaj - Konj - Planina Dol - Kamniška Bistrica). Still any snow on this path? Thanks for answer.

How is the ascent from Volovjek? Is the path trodden? Or do you need winter gear for Velika Planina?
