On Tuesday, 9.6., during our descent from Triglav towards Kredarica, a colleague lost an ice axe of the Camp brand, light green in colour, specifically about 15 minutes below the summit, down to the left if looking in the direction of descent. The ice axe got (temporarily?) stuck a few meters below the path. By the path there was a rope attached at one end; however, descent using it did not seem safe to us, and we did not have a rope with us.

At the summit one day after you.. thanks for the track made, though lost in places due to blown snow. Summit itself quite scoured and frozen; crampons needed. Otherwise day for enjoying, nothing else

@nena25: at the rusted plaques on the belly wall under the chain now a new cable is installed so the passage doesn't present a bigger problem

The day before yesterday on Montaž from Pecol, via ferrata Leva, descent over Findenegg gully.. agree, gully for down quite annoying; lots of loose scree, falling rocks.. great caution needed; up goes easier anyway

Today from Zajzera over Špranja to bivak Mazzeni, on to Škrbina V.Nabojska, Veliki Nabojs, descent via Pellarini hut back to Zajzera. Weather in the morning quite miserable, fog everywhere, afternoon acceptable
Bivak Mazzeni no longer in poor condition - completely newly painted, renovated. Still smells of paint. We were first to sign in the book

@mountain lover: on the path from Mangart saddle to Belopeški, over Plazje, went last Saturday, upper part tedious, grit, scree field, steep grass, partially collapsed path..., lower down, so the second half, nice path, noticed also newly renovated markings... Going up, this path can be tedious, especially the upper part.

Yesterday from Javorniški Rovt to Golica. Above Javorniški Rovt white carpets of fragrant daffodils, higher up, around the hut height, only a few blooming, mostly still in buds. Another 2 weeks, and they will be the real ones

On Saturday to Kredarica and yesterday to the top
Despite good conditions, full winter gear needed. On Saturday some descending from top with small crampons and trekking poles and even bragging irresponsible!!

Today we were up with mates from the lower cable car station to Kokrsko sedlo (road drivable). Conditions for ascent OK, crampons recommended below Kokrsko sedlo, mandatory from the saddle to the top. Trodden, no gaiters needed. Today beautiful sunny morning, from saddle up all fog Otherwise almost windless. On the top sunny but no nice views due to fog unfortunately.. We'll come again
