After yesterday's jaunt above Pokljuka, today I rode a nice mountain bike tour around or over the peaks above Sorisko Planina.
I start at the parking lot below the planina and for starters there were a few 100m of asphalt towards Bohinj, then sharply left and a nice gravel path to the Vrh Bače saddle. Here it's all full of cars, since this is one of the starting points for Črna Prst. I continue towards Šavnik and Možic, pleasant riding is replaced by a combination of riding, carrying and pushing the bike. Well, that's part of a good mtb tour Soon I'm in the clearing under the southern slopes of Šavnik, after crossing it, the last ascent to the mulatjera between the peaks above Sorisko planina awaits me and with that the end of pushing - carrying the bike. On the mulatjera though I'm pleasantly surprised by the neat and locally colored (slate) bike markers. I turn towards Možic and a pleasant ascent soon brings me to the dome. Here follows a bit of lounging in the shelter and enjoying the views. Then the reward for all the previous effort. First some descent then a little ascent and then descent again on the nice wide mulatjera past the barracks and on the southern slopes of Slatnik high above Baška grapa to the saddle between Slatnik and Lajnar. Here again some pushing to the top of Lajnar then just descent to the start. Super tour!
Otherwise on Soriska planina today quite a crowd, both hikers and cyclists and full sky of paragliders. Really pleasant tour, the weather was just right. For the icing on the cake also liquid refreshment in the full brunarica

They provoked you guys. Don't go to TNP with a bike, better use a car... The guys or girls most likely carried the bikes to Kredarica (so they didn't bike and thus violate the law) and rode past the camera. Carrying a bike is no big deal. You nicely disassemble it, strap the tires and frame to the backpack, ice axe in hand, crampons on feet and that's it. No art.
Some of you will burn up from morality.

The road to Vrata is a state road, so regarding the asphalt go nicely to Ljubljana to the roads directorate. Also TNP is a state institution, despite seat in Bled, which is a shame that the seat is not in TNP.

On Vogel it was also 20€ last year.

From June 25 onwards the cable car operates every day. It depends on the weather though.
For this year I don't know, in previous years you could go up already at 7 a.m., when employees go up. From 8 onwards it runs non-stop.
As for the one-way ticket, they have it on the price list too, so obviously the student at the counter doesn't know everything. If you have a PZS membership card, show it right away, because the ticket is cheaper then.

Not possible. Parking is possible at Rudno polje. Further on there is a groomed cross-country ski trail.
