Nothing coming from Bovec can surprise me anymore. After the stormy reaction of hikers who "visited" the Hut on Mangart Saddle, the noble "Bčani" condescended to write the reasons for closing the hut.
Peter Skalar on Kanin, Kanin cable cars, rafting on the Soča - that's just the flower of their work.
They are also very-very successful historically.

Old hut on Mangart Saddle - due to lack of maintenance it collapsed.
Hut on Predel - only God knows when and how it passed into other hands.

Advice to all responsible in Bovec. - Publish TRR accounts, we will transfer money to you, and you will send cards as if we are sending them.

Didn't you attend the ceremonial opening of the new hut? PZS as 10% owner lent them 5000.00€, instead of contributing 10%. That's about 20,000.00€. And the others are still 10% owners.

Nejc wrote that the path is poorly marked. The technical group could fix the path to Visoka Ponca. That one is still closed.
So we remained with half a liter of paint and a snack for path markers. For basic marking we already wrote who is responsible for the Tamar valley (left and right).

The reservation system is theirs, not from PZS.
In the so-called private room, I would pay almost 50.00€ more per day just for accommodation than I paid for a hotel on the Adriatic (room, self-service breakfast, self-service dinner and drinks with dinner).

PZS pays for its reservation system, at the mentioned huts they do their own system. I think that the PZS leadership, if it felt any responsibility towards the membership, should resign immediately.

If the membership discount cannot be used at Erjavčeva, consequently it cannot be used at Tičarjev dom either, let alone at the Koča pri izviru Soče.
The PZS leadership owes more answers to the membership.

This is one of the conditions for obtaining the status of a mountain shelter. The other is the disregard of the contract for obtaining the status and no control by PZS.

Tamar Hut is by court decisions property of some agrarian community from Rateče. PZS granted them status of mountain post. This status is important because of all benefits the operator of so-called "mountain post" has. Several "mountain posts" have the same status.
PZS does not control compliance with contracts with associations. That's why it's as it is.
Paths around Tamar are maintained by PD Rateče and PD Borovnica. PZS also doesn't control path condition.
PZS received from the state 250,000.00€ each year the year before last, last year and this year for mountain path maintenance. Individual associations also get funds from local communities.
Everything written above is verifiable, so various excuses don't hold.
One thing is "principled talk" and excuse-making, another are facts.
