Today we went up. Me first time. And I have to say, the tour is pretty cool
The lower part before Močnikovo sedlo solid, not icy at all, about halfway up we put on gaiters. Crampons stay in the backpack. Also on descent. On exposed spots caution is anyway not superfluous. We were alone up there today. So at some places had to "trample". Great that I was walking behind him Weather though... front approaching and wind after we turned at the top already really cut to the bone. Otherwise, first winter ascent this year, fully successful. Really great!

Was up with the best team. On Sunday. To Krek's hut I'd say nice winter ascent. No problems at all, old, young, kids, dogs, anything goes To Altemaver another story, personally I like it a lot. No crampons no chance. Not up, not down!!
Despite cold and Siberian wind in spots, day was finger-licking good.

Here we are. Sunday, 16.10. Ledinski via hunter's path. We had planned the Slovenian one, but since we didn't know the conditions, we chose the hunter's. Fitting for this time, the path is autumnal, colorful and windy. Midway snow starts, pretty frozen in places, so walking causes quite some trouble (especially downhill). Mixed terrain, from slippery rocks to sinking snowpack and frozen one, makes light muscle soreness the next day. Windy at summit, otherwise fairy-tale. As always in mountains Today conditions probably different already. Of course. Tomorrow probably new story with conditions. And a couple pics

vespuci well yeah... I know you didn't want anything bad, but it read anyway like: why bother, call and you'll learn all
anyway I don't join forum every day to know all "unwritten rules", but clear to me, at least from what I browsed here, that people ask conditions, answer, advise etc. Obviously wrong place where someone knows more to say ok... no harm. I'm going Sunday up, and we'll act as always. Check weather a bit, arm well for season and adapt to conditions "on site".

We two were there yesterday. From Poč. Almost no trace of autumn except some yellow leaves, more rarity than rule. Nature still really green. Either really windy and wintry, especially on the ridge, or really hot and summery on the top
Caution on descent due to snowy-muddy terrain and risk of slipping not superfluous if you want to avoid pig clothes

as I already wrote, I believe almost all who love nature and mountains also love little animals, right? and I also believe many dogs are more experienced than people when it comes to hiking and climbing, but still I think you have to take proper care of your pet. both for its and people's safety.
after all I have a dog too and can say it's our family member. in nature among people, there are rules for it and they must be respected.
