Has anyone already hiked the mentioned route in one day? Or does anyone maybe know how the bus connection is from the village Kamno to Most na Soči? I would go back to Gorenjska by train.

has anyone been here last days, are snowfields under climbing path already passable without winter gear? Thanks.

My humble opinion is that to Jalovec from Tamar it's better to ascend via Kotovo sedlo and descend via Škrbina. The path via Kotovo sedlo is quite scree-ridden and poorly protected in places, so it's easier to climb up than down it, unlike the path via Škrbina where there's no scree. Helmet mandatory!

@ Parkejlc: thanks for the concern, we were pleasantly surprised when we spotted you at the bivouac.
You walked well, we took almost 3 hours to the summit. Didn't get lost to KV even once! But true, one "inappropriate word" sprayed half the path, totally unnecessary! Luckily forestry spray, gone in one or two years.
The drink thing still stands, next time we meet I'll treat you!
@Juš: Pathless from KV to bivouac below Špik is really "the real deal" of course with respect to the path! We did it partly thanks to you and Domn (your descriptions, debates )

Triglavski, I have to apologize. I wrote it a bit awkwardly, with the word "šla" I actually meant me and my partner as a couple, i.e., the dual. You're right though, there will be issues with transport, but it still tempts us...
