AG - Recent messages

On Wednesday 23.2. we headed from Kamniška Bistrica towards Kokrsko sedlo. In case of good conditions we also planned Grintovec. At the start we had a track which ended mid scree. To there nice fast pace but when making our own to saddle top much slower sinking thin crust. We trampled to Cojzova hut cold windy so Grintovec summit waits later day.

It was like this nice today on Storžič. We went from Mač and since conditions were favorable, we headed to the top. Wind was blowing quite strongly at times. Not much snow, soft in some areas, frozen in others. Crampons and ice axe were mandatory gear for the summit.

čeveljc - In the morning and through the forenoon there was no sun all the way to Luknja, the valley was quite cold. From Luknja onwards the sun accompanied us.
