On Wednesday I returned through Turski Gully. The path is completely dry.

Primož, probably we met yesterday on the Slovenian path on that snow patch which we bypassed some above, others below. That was the hardest crossing. Further in the gully there's still about 15 m of snow to cross, but it didn't pose major problems for us (maybe it was already a bit softer then). The path soon turns right out of the gully onto a small ridge, from where it's snow-free to the top.

I believe it was nice on Mojstrovka too, Prisojnik will still stand for next time nasmeh

Today we planned to go to Ablanca. From end of road at Pokljuka, via planina Konjščica to Jezerca 10 to 40 cm south snow. Further to Studorski preval sinking in rotten snow up to 3/4 meter. After few meters ascent to Ablanca we turned back, as it looked like everything would slide down anytime. Crampons stayed in backpack, ice axe in hands and completely useless, as it didn't hold anywhere zmeden No one has tramped on foot to Veliki Draški vrh yet, but four ski tourers set off to it today.

Today's plan was also Viševnik, but constant avalanches from Mali Draški vrh turned it into return back.

Insanely cool nasmeh How long does the glide to the valley take?

Today we were on Storžek from Belska Kočna direction. Path is dry (just one 10m snow patch on flat, no problem). Climbing section completely dry too, fixed gear in good condition.

Thanks geppo!

I'll have ice axe and crampons with me anyway, I just wanted to know if I need a shovel too, to dig out the bottomless barrel velik nasmeh

Hi,

I'm interested if anyone walked through Kotliči towards Turska Gora in the last week and what the conditions on the path are like?

Thanks in advance!

Could you please stop arguing!!! The forum is meant for current conditions, not showing off. For such things open your own thread, if not possible then ask admin to lock it. So every time I open hribi.net page, I find only such idiocies on the first page. The hiker posted some nice pics, then you make an inappropriate debate out of it that drags for weeks too!

Common sense teaches a real mountaineer to take trash to the valley, if not then go back to first grade of elementary school to learn at least to read signs on paths.

Have a nice day!
