I parked under Roblek farm, right into the woods and reached the marked trail. Soon new snow appeared. At first a couple of cm, higher up 10-15 cm. Above the pasture, where scree sticks out, it avalanched on me several times over 1m+ even though everything was frozen.

The road is still closed, I climbed to Red Rock then continued to Krnica Peak. I used winter gear for the descent. And at the end also to the Travnik summit.

You have to go from the valley, starting point around 700m, a bit higher there's a barrier, along the road it's 1-1.30 hours of fast walking before reaching the hiking trail... up the steep path, a little snow below the summit, but it goes without major problems to the top. I return via another path and the road, which is very long to the valley

Late afternoon around the paths, I finish a little before 8 in the evening.

Early afternoon already at the summit, the path is dry, as I descend I can already hear thunder, quickly to the pasture where I wait for the storm to pass. In Poljanska Valley I still get the idea about Blegoš and go.

Just take a quick look at our northern neighbors, how it is there this time, path to Mitterkofel dry, to Torkofel still snow along the ridge, I didn't go. In the village almost impossible to leave the car anywhere except above the closed road. In the valley you can see half as many cars on the road due to more expensive fuel (diesel 2.2 euros), mine runs on gas. Austrians have nicely renovated, new houses, everything like out of the box, tidied up, arranged, marked and even the speed limits properly placed, not like that crap at home 40-50-60

Did a circular tour, up to saddle Mrzli studenec and to the summit Konjščica (Monte Sagran) and along the ridge to Starhand down to saddle Lom. Snow in the afternoon had already softened, occasional sinking 20-30 cm.

While I was already driving I didn't know where to go and decided there across the border to head to this peak which offers wonderful views. Winter gear stayed in the backpack, in the spruce forest there's still plenty of snow above the bare ground, but steeply to the top.

I drive to Dogna and up the mountain road to 1100m, past the hut and through the bends to Rudni vrh. The snow mostly held the weight, conditions were good, the fixed cables are out, with crampons to the top. Descent via the approach route. It's nice in this area, I'll come back again.

I expected better conditions for mid-March but fresh avalanches from Migovec greeted me, I even fled from one because it started rumbling higher up and poured down where the path goes. I return to the junction and go along the upper path to the Na Kalu pasture and to Grušnica, also here at least half a meter of snow that sinks in, in places it's even bare. From Grušnica I return on my own towards Tolminske Ravne but got lost in a steep forest, descended the gullies with the help of an ice axe to the upper meadow behind Tolminske Ravne.

I start below the church, on the path at the next junction I stick to the right path which doesn't cross the ski slope, this way you reach the upper station. Since I started hiking late, they had already stopped the chairlift and gondola. A short steep section goes along the edge of the ski slope and then to the Krniške Rocks, there are no avalanche dangers because the snow below the summit has already melted quite a bit. I return the same way.

Road dry, afternoon showed 3°C at Vršič, under Vratca no avalanching yet, conditions to Vratca solid, snow wall above Pripravniško huge and might collapse, tracks there, ridge to MM almost bare. From Mala Mojstrovka continue to Velika, path goes straight up. Fog luckily improved conditions. As long as such temperatures, nothing very safe.

Via the new secured path over the Davške waterfalls and then on my own to the upper wide path, I continue along the marked trail to the hut on Porezen and slowly to the top to wait for the sunset. I return past the hut and turn straight down to Davča through the forest, where it was sinking even above the knees. Back on the road, you can't cross the streams without stepping into shallow water and past the quarry to the car. The road at the last farm towards the hunting lodge is icy on the macadam just before the lodge and you can't go further with the car.
