the road leading to žagana peč is still quite a disaster. It's true that the biggest ditch is right at the junction from the road to jermanco (it hides really well, you run into it) ... later there are also quite a few road surface damages ... but you can get to the end ... didn't notice any prohibition signs ... you can drive to the cable car if you have a sufficiently high car .. further on there's another bigger ditch. ... in short ... the road to jermanco is in much better condition currently. yesterday ... road to Jermance still OK ... sometimes bigger drainage ditches ... but doable ... at least if you don't have a Ferrari ... no-parking sign right at the end (past the meadow and junction) ... prohibits the old last parking lot ... road to lower station for Kokrško ... catastrophic and 2 classes worse

Yep, weather messed it up a bit. Triglav will stand another week. Or next year.

Yesterday on Triglav. From Kredarica first 200m some snow, from Planika none (Planika is much better choice when a little snow falls, because the sun melts it much earlier). So yesterday and today Triglav was an excellent choice ... for the weekend forecast is a bit worse and the season without ice axe and crampons will probably end.
