I'd call TIC Jeruzalem and Selo first, seems outside hours the stamp is outside, for Zavrh I guarantee it's at the described house (was in 2012).
Gomila though not in my booklet from 2007.

Joking aside. SamoK, obviously your child hasn't been bitten by a dog yet and I hope it never will. If it ever happens, then report how you handled it.

Mr. SamoK, if a dog had knocked you over and bitten you as a child, and later again, I don't know if you'd shake off the fear so easily. Otherwise we have appropriate laws that say when and where a dog must be on a leash, with a muzzle etc.
Laws apply everywhere, people break them (we break them). But I haven't experienced yet that someone runs over a person and then yells at them why they walk there and that they provoked etc.
Dog poop is another story anyway. And once I already asked elsewhere: how do you pick up dog diarrhea and peeing? Haven't got an answer to this day.

Of course the ideas remain feasible later too, with stroller, and a bit later with backpack. But of course I agree with primož, easier, shorter ascents shouldn't be a problem, from hut to summit, say (that's the case at many locations).

If I understand correctly, you drive to some point (hut), husband does the tour meanwhile and you meet at the hut. Sometimes you could go from hut to summit together, e.g. Smrekovec about 20 min.
