There are roughly 2 routes to Cinto: from Lozzi and from Asco. A combination of circumstances led us to try both. Definitely the one from Asco is much more recommended

So, the Saturday idea was to roughly circle the Ljubnica basin. If sticking to it as precisely as possible, I'd have to start in Ljubnem. But Boskovec would have to be left alone, as it sticks out of it. But as said - approximately. So from the hunting hut straight to the ridge, along the ridge to Travnik, Komna and Smrekovec. Turn south - across Kalski ridge, Boskovec, Golte and back to the start.

Traditional hike to the kingdom of golden larches with PD Sežana led us to these parts this year. According to the original plan, it was postponed by 1 week due to weather - to the end of October. The larches were still glowing...at that time still green, now they are definitely already on a white background

Such a tour is worth repeating several times. Even though barely a good year has passed. And with constant questions "when are you taking us" there's really no other way...
Of course, since I'm not a GV I can't just "take" anyone into such terrain, but the usual group we've already done a lot together with. And tokraj is additionally there (almost) an alpinist.

Conditions were more autumn-like, dew remains in places throughout the day and therefore caution is even more important. Consequently the rope this time didn't just go along for a walk, but performed its role 3x.

I do realize the post is 2 days late. From yesterday onwards the conditions...are no longer current...

I don't know all the way to Markova ravnina, last time I went there was last year and it wasn't possible. To the quarry the road is so-so. Better than most of the time on Jermanca
The traverse is quite well traceable.

Kompotela past Medvedja jama up. Then down past planina Koren, Deca, crossing back to hunting lodge and...yeah...descent becomes longer than ascent itself
Otherwise a nice loop. Lonely ridges and plenty of chamois.

I'll write the same as Janez...the gully maybe looks scary when you go there for the first time, possibly less experienced. But once you have experience with the semi-dry Rokavski ozebnik...it becomes a walk
As for the part above the gully to the top I can also just repeat what was already written
