Lately I have big problems with ads on hribi.net. Ads just fly in, so the page is really hard to view. Even more problematic is writing some message. Ads that are still don't bother me. If interested you just click it. But those that force you to watch them really do. The website editor will have to do something about this. After all this site is successful because of mountains and us and not ads.
I hope the website editor solves this well. To his and our satisfaction.

Yes, this has become really annoying, especially a problem at home when I have a somewhat slower internet line, and then this ad picture flashes nicely for a while before any smart content opens for me!

Programmer, admin - whatever - can't do anything, because it's HE who 'programs in' these add-ons.
In other words. These ads are not so-called spam that appears (imposed) without permission of "bosses", but precisely the authors of hribi.net are the ones who allow/add it. All this of course to finance the site operation.

Another suggestion....
The vast majority of people are still on 1/256 Siol line.... ... for almost 30 € per month..
Solution-I personally went from 4/512 package at Siol (where there were eternal problems and 38€ per month) to 10/1 package at T2 for 23 € per month...
What someone uses, how it works and how monopoly robs us people is another story.

Well, I doubt this advertising is just for hosting... just mini ads on the right cost 110 eur per month each (per data on advertising subpage), and there are always some, so for server it should be quick... If not, US Hostgator offers unlimited space and unlimited line for ca. 7 eur per month (you get few ms more ping if not hosted in Slovenia, but probably survivable). But that's not the point.
Right that owner of such portal with such big traffic earns something (if listed data on Advertising subpage correct over 400.000 visits monthly)... With such traffic should easily earn solid monthly salary... but warning about current video ads that are very annoying for us users is very appropriate. This can affect drop in visits or at least reducing time user spends on hribi.net and reducing pages viewed per user... For these reasons, would remove those video ads and as good moderator listen to users who are annoyed by them.
Otherwise all praise for hribi.net, really very quality and useful portal, keep it up!

People, what do you think we live on? Probably all tried on love, second day hunger grabbed us and we needed money for the store. World turns like that. Ads are unfortunately necessary evil. Look or ignore.

... I accept almost all ads as necessary evil, since I ignore so many and barely believe them, sometimes even laugh at them - so stupid and silly they are, but this last one is really very annoying.

sjevnika, nobody gets upset about ads if they have to be, but stuff them to the edges, top and anywhere else there's space, not in between so whole screen flickers.
Wonder if you'd tolerate TV ads like that, if not grouped in ad blocks but randomly dropping one by one in between news, movies and soaps every few minutes

probably my problem is too much tolerance or the fact that I already understand from my job that different tactics are needed in advertising to get attention, whether positive or negative.
But I certainly know that without them it doesn't work. Be it on TV or elsewhere. And solution: let's go to the mountains rather than in front of the TV. If an ad appears under our post on hribi.net, let's take it as an honor, because obviously our article aroused so much positive in the "admin" that he decided that most people will read it.
