Very likely this is the short-toed snake-eagle (Circaetus gallicus). On the photos you see the light (white) underside of the bird. On picture 4 the darker (brown) head and neck are visible. In its talons it has a snake, which is its main prey.

From the photos it's more guessed than seen but let's try. Relatively long bill, upper part gray, below black, in between some pink color. Let's say it's the wallcreeper (Tichodroma muraria).
