We were up yesterday. Full praise to markers and path maintainers to Kamniško sedlo. To Brana sadly not the same. On ascent marks very poorly visible or missing. Annoying esp uphill, since downhill paths more visible.

True, I've noticed myself many times that from Brana summit through most of the day it looks really "blended" with the Rinkas Almost impossible to locate it in detail.
I assume it's a bit easier at sunrise or sunset or in snow conditions...

A quick decision. The hop to Brana will be just right; there's no point deciding on more regarding the expected fogs after ten (and there really were some).
Already below the hut I turn left, where to the left of the path amid low grass thousands of gentians are blooming. I cross the biggest snow tongue on the lower, narrower part; the snow is soft, no aids needed. I bypass all other snowfields above on the rocks; soon I'm at the exit edge, which might be a bit annoying for some, as the rock is wet and steep, and the snow rotten. To the cross it's another four minutes. At the top I lay out an exhibition of wet (soaked) rags; in a good half hour everything dries, even the elastic in my undies. I snack, take pics, and lie down a bit; here and there a fog drifts in briefly, but surprisingly no kavk.
On the return I linger briefly in front of the hut, which should open this coming weekend. Almost the whole way to Jermance the sun was in illegality, so the weather went extremely my way today.

Today from Jermance to Brana. One bend on the road to Jermance was in an awful state, but I managed to get through. On the scree below Brana one part of the snowfield still reaches a few meters over the path. There are footprints in it, and it can be crossed without gear. You can also go via the lower path that bypasses it, but then it's a bit harder to return to the marked path. Apart from that snowfield, the path is without issues.
There were some clouds, but not enough to completely ruin the view. Visibility was still a bit worsened by the desert sand too. It was full of people - on the path, at the hut, and also on Brana. We were crawling up to the summit from all sides like ants.
Part of the descent to the shepherds I did over the scree, along the rightmost tongue. Very effective descent. The path through the scrub that starts at the end of that tongue is very overgrown on two short sections, otherwise it's not bad.

Today after the storm action on Brana. Almost no one on the path. Turned around at 2000 m due to overpowering wind. Path is ok, even after yesterday's storms.
Regarding all questions about Jermance. Jermanca is something medium. No prohibition sign! But wouldn't drive with low car. Attaching photos from today.

Nice photos. Prohibition sign gone for some time. I never paid attention whether it is there or not - because I don't know when it will dawn on some that this sign (when there) is mostly (or fully) so that if something happens to you there (skid off road, go over edge, rock on car etc.) no one owes you help, or you get wiped for damage claim from insurers etc. - because forest road at own risk.

Pero, about the sign... it was like that until about 3-4 years ago when under the prohibition it said "at own risk". Now under the prohibition (when there) it says "allowed for owners and hut supply". Probably the change because the previous didn't allow issuing fines?
