I'm reading that something similar is happening in India as in Brazil a while ago. When the rise in covid infections came, in an already catastrophic health system there was panic with oxygen. It reminds a bit of toilet paper and yeast with us, or March 2020 when you couldn't even get disinfectant. It's that private clinics bought up all the oxygen, which the impoverished population can't afford. So in public health oxygen ran out. And not just for covid treatment, also for other respiratory diseases. Yes, this is a catastrophe, again it's about the principle of difference between shamelessly rich minority and the common people. Now private clinics have surplus oxygen in stock, but hospitals don't. If you have money you'll live, if not, you'll die.
But the issue is still heavily inflated by the covid mafia propaganda. If we consider that India has 600x more population than Slovenia, that means: 350000 infected and 2767 dead in India is equal to 500 infected and 4 dead in Slovenia.

Far from meaning there are actually that many. True. Probably 5x - 10x fewer, just like here, but all recorded as with/due to together. If 1.3 billion India can't bury 2800 people in one day, then let the rooster kick me. Wow, they burned the dead in parking lots. That's it now, like in Italy when they hauled the dead with military trucks right. Do you know what else Indians do in parking lots? And then the famous clip where people "gasp for air". In the whole clip the biggest horror is 1 person lying on the street. Then they went to an oxygen warehouse a bit to film how a normal day of oxygen transport goes, then the panic-mongers burned a couple more bodies outside there.

I won't talk about conspiracies, but on principle I certainly agree that one must be cautious with reports of collapse of the health system in third world countries like India. That hospitals are overcrowded, many can't get in and lack many things, is normal in many places in India. I don't claim that nothing is, but I certainly claim that just showing conditions in hospitals in these countries doesn't say much yet.

The more it's repeated that vaccination isn't mandatory and no one forces anyone, the more some emphasize this 'fact'.
Even doubt was expressed that any vaccine even helps with the Indian variant.

VanSims, vaccination isn't (yet) mandatory, but unvaccinated have their human rights curtailed more and more day by day. Bigger nonsense every day. Testing for restaurants, hotels, inns, testing for salespeople, drivers, testing for border crossing (because at slo-hr border everything changes right, as if 2 different planets with different viruses). Testing for company entry etc.... That's simply called discrimination.
Why these pressures if as a nation we have herd immunity long ago?

Well, another lie.
I already calculated last time how many are infected and vaccinated. I got to about 45% which is already quite too little by itself.
With that, I also realized in between that I simply added both, forgot to subtract the intersection of both groups. Those who recovered (even without symptoms or didn't even know) and who are also vaccinated, would be about 5 - 10 %. Since we can't count them twice, infection and vaccination is about 35 - 40%.
With the question how long both hold, mutations, ... (those who got infected early maybe no longer infected)
But facts mean nothing to conspiracy theorists anyway, so pointless to write anything. They'll drive their thing anyway.
As I said, same as clerics, jehovahs, vegans, feminists, lgbt, ... Among them many are totally fine, non-intrusive, good colleagues, even friends just live their lives, but the loudest are usually the most extreme and intrusive. And they cast bad light on the whole group.

Interesting where you got such numbers. Experts have long said we're approaching half infection rate and actual number of infected is most likely about 5 times official infections. I also have hard time finding any uninfected now, be it family, neighbors, friends or at work. Actually, children probably contribute most to total unofficial infections, infected but mostly untested.

In the USA it's considered a highly racist statement if a white person says they have good friends among blacks (or African Americans). Actually it's highly hypocritical and duplicitous if someone highlights those "exceptions" among otherwise unsuitable persons who are good enough to associate with.

After more than a year now I personally know the first person who had to go to hospital. It's a 70 year old lady, pneumonia followed covid, now she's treating pneumonia. Still don't know any fatalities.
