@VanSims: they issue you the certificate, but for now it's not the same as the covid recovery certificate. But it is possible to enter Austria with the antibody certificate, probably other countries will follow.

@sigmund: for now, as far as I know, the antibody certificate is not enough. For overnight stay you need a negative test, recovery or vaccination.

ok, can I then make such a conclusion:
those who diligently obeyed the decrees get to waste money as a reward for certain services (accommodation, indoor restaurant visit and all other services where PCT condition applies), those who somehow solved their status themselves and recovered from COVID themselves, get to "save" on those same services as a reward.

The thing with these antibody certificates is done cowboy-style, just like most things in this bananistan. Namely, the matter is currently left to the personal doctor. If he's of good will, he'll give you the recovery certificate, if he got up on the left foot, he won't give you the certificate. This is not made up, these are cases I personally know. In short, the matter isn't arranged because here emphasis is more on how many tweets you wrote, how many people you offended and where more money can be squeezed out. Such serious matters are secondary.

Mafia works differently, slyly, underground. In Italy e.g. it has over a century tradition. It started as a workers' union then somehow outgrew those frames and crept more and more into all state structures (police, judiciary, politics, ...). Italy in my opinion has no more help. We'll free ourselves from our left mafia sooner (or JJ and his gang, if you prefer that).
And if that with that lawyer is true... do you know what mafia does to those who prosecute it judicially? Why do police have to be masked when arresting mafia members? Probably not because it's carnival! 
Google a bit "Paolo Borsellino" and "Giovanni Falcone" and you'll see how mafia deals with those who prosecute it.
