Let's say, a higher percentage of people know how to stand up for themselves in Western European countries. And also in the USA, no worries. In the west they generally treat workers better than us. God knows why? Yeah, in socialism they stuffed us that the capitalist there figured out if he treats workers better, they'll do more for him. All those rights that are not just on paper but implemented in practice (unlike us), they have because they knew how to stand up for themselves, because people there are more self-confident.
