Mitja, what you wrote is absolutely true, it also shows your relatively high tolerance towards those who think differently.
Nevertheless, man is a social being and must reach some agreement with others on many things - from family through smaller communities to the whole world. That's where it breaks down if everyone insists on their own - at least on those things that concern the community, not just the individual.
