Well, here's one from me. I come to Ledinek on Šmarna gora: - Do you have Corona maybe? - No! - What do you have? - Nothing - How nothing? - Look, don't be rude please! - Why rude, just asking. I'm thirsty. - Ok, then go where you drank it before - Miss, I really don't want to be rude. You can give something else if you really don't have Corona. - Yes really, I'm telling you. And don't speak so loud (looks around cautiously). What to give? - One Laško Nods, serves to-go, I pay - You know, I recovered a month ago. But customers better not know, although by all rules I'm not contagious anymore. I smile at her. Understandingly. - Don't worry, miss. People are scared today and don't know what they say. Some about pandemic, others about vaccination, third ones missed when they were handing out sense of humor

went in one ear and out the other, we're at beer. Otherwise even if only 50m from home it can be the same stink, then government mathematicians will wonder how that's possible.

My heart warms when I read PU Kranj post: "Gorenjci are good with measures. Thanks. Problem are weekend visitors from other regions. Hence control." So, Gorenjci aren't such fools after all, in other regions obviously bigger ones

I don't comment on this topic, but just btw, PU Kranj has now corrected its totally chauvinistic and racist statement, that says a lot about where we've come. Prešeren already knew ... Slovene ... Slovene, brother - what terrible blindness man has!

Fixed for me too Just so we're not again the "thrifty" Gorenjci to blame for infections not decreasing. It's nice when someone praises you

I like the note that the reliability of rapid tests will be known soon. I assume with some other rapid test, whose reliability will be known a little later what a world...

Still some are banging and shifting blame to others, so I just look at the mountains from afar. Stop dealing with others and watch your own actions. Tomorrow you'll probably pile up again at the most crowded starting points. Oh, you can't do otherwise because ski resorts are closed. There will always be an excuse, right.

See, Drago, I have to chime in again. You don't understand that the government wants exactly that? That people quarrel among themselves, while leaving in peace the one most responsible for the situation getting out of control - the government itself. Divide et impera. A recipe for ruling known from all totalitarian regimes in history.

See jax, I have to chime in again... What exactly does the government have to do with the virus? Both start with "v". Anything else? But there is no virus in other countries because they don't have a Slovenian government? Did the government plant the virus to the Chinese? If you don't know yet how the government (that's the state) is financed, I can teach you here: the state collects taxes. Taxes can only be collected from working people. Working people must be healthy, otherwise they are less productive. The state, i.e. the government, needs healthy working people. People who deliberately avoid health, who drug themselves, who drown in alcohol, who reject the achievements of modern medicine (don't want to get vaccinated, don't want transfusions, like Jehovah's Witnesses), are not the most productive for the community. Such people are not welcome in the community. We've come to that in thousands of years... What the government wants, I can whisper to you: peace and health, because everything else harms the government too. For all who only know how to spit on the government, one more advice: in Slovenia there are elections every 4 years. I voted against JJ. What about you? Just barking and no action? Some nations don't have the luck to change people in power...

Yes, exactly, jax, that's what I'm talking about. Let's not fall for it and blame each other. Let's just watch our own actions as much as possible, and we'll get through this too.

Currently, 22 countries have officially reported more than 1 death per 1000 inhabitants. You won't believe it, 21 of these countries do not have a Slovenian government. Yesterday, Sweden also joined this club, tightening measures. In total, there are officially already 2 million 5 thousand deaths due to covid-19 viral disease.

Thanks Hribolaznik for teaching us about state financing, given how this government squanders money, I thought money falls from the sky. Another one who didn't vote for JJ, but this government is doing well - strange why you don't vote for him then. Regarding the deaths, I'd agree if you wrote they died with covid, you like some others attribute all deaths to covid.

Where is Carnival? First comes Valentine's, when we can hug again. Kaco has been promoted to an even better paid position, but God bless him, just so my eyes don't see him anymore and ears don't hear him. The time for hugging in pairs is coming, which the speaker forbade us last March. No one can stop us lovers

What can individuals do in the fight against the disease? A lot. Example: my dear is a nurse. In 10 months since covid has been in Slovenia, she hasn't gotten sick. During this time she has constantly worked in a clinical institution, including on the covid ward, in gray zone departments, etc. She constantly meets people. She is constantly in contact with colleagues and patients. How is it possible that she hasn't gotten sick? Simple. Luck plays some role. At a certain moment you can be unprotected in contact with an infected person. But luck doesn't play a big role if you follow the measures yourself. The measures are simple and childishly easy: mask, gloves, hand hygiene. If most Slovenes behaved like that, it would be great. But no. So after 10 months (frequent contacts in the hospital), neither I nor my dear have gotten sick yet. Nice, right? Maybe you need Jelkot to explain how the fight against covid is very simple? Let's go on. My neighbor is a shopkeeper. She too, in 10 months of intensive contacts with customers and employees, hasn't gotten infected. Yes, she practices hygiene and wears a mask. Simple. Interesting, right?

@korl, does the government prevent you from love and hugging? OMG! Where do you live? Here in Slovenia we still hug and love. Young people also hang out. I often meet them while running in the surrounding forests... Dear @korl my sincere sympathy. I hope the situation with you improves soon.

@korl, does the government prevent you from love and hugging? Honestly, yes. That many don't follow it doesn't mean the government doesn't actually prohibit it.

At these temperatures outside, even if there is no mask or such similar things, there is no fear of the virus. In closed spaces it's a different story as Hribolaznik said, hygiene, hand washing is important.
