"Slovenia has up to approx. 230 intensive care beds for specialist staff." Did you maybe notice that they scrambled for every COVID patient they could convince for intensive care to get 43,000 EUR? Otherwise, given fairly empty hospitals, they could increase capacity 10x without problems; I'd personally put all those doctors there who got 17,000 EUR each but didn't sniff the COVID department. Instead, they ask for volunteers via FB and radio so they can count easy money from bonuses. There's quite some whining, but that's thousandfold preventive whining for a better tomorrow.

Hribolaznik. All governments MUST be accountable for their actions-inactions retrospectively. For predictions, planning, guessing, pontificating forward they will answer after the action-inaction is done. With our J.J. all responsibility-blame is anyway carried by others. He is clean as a baby after the first bath. And also: Uncle Google says he was in various governments for 11 years in the last 30 years. He is not guilty of anything, others are.

Becar: I support your writing about the hospital situation 100%. Last week I barely managed a few days in UKC. Corridors look like a house of horrors, nobody anywhere. Rooms are about 1/2 to 2/3 occupied. Patients in rooms without masks, and some occasionally without. That's firsthand.

Our government's measures remind me of the already 100 times chewed joke: "He was an excellent partisan mule leader. After the war his superiors thought what job to give him. Idea comes: Let him be a vet. He starts the job. At first things went ok. One day a farmer calls him to come quickly because his horse is sick. The guy comes, checks the horse and gives the farmer medicine for the horse. A couple days later the farmer calls again and says the horse's health worsened. The guy thinks a bit and gives different medicine. The farmer then calls two more times and each time after checking the horse he gives different medicine. After the last "vet" visit at the farmer's, the farmer doesn't call him anymore. Since the "vet" was terribly interested how the horse was, he went to the farm. Asks the farmer: How's the horse? Farmer: The horse croaked. "Vet" back to farmer: What a shame. I had so many more ideas. Any similarity with our government's measures is malicious. different medicine

Primož: I completely believe you that you really understand nothing, know even less. Every measure must be effective and well thought out. Here decision-makers change them even before they take effect. For all younger ones here's this. In 1972 Muslim pilgrims brought black pox to Yugoslavia. The then authorities quickly figured out what it was about and vaccinated all citizens in a couple of weeks. No excuse helped anyone to get away. And what and how now. As for guilt we know how it normally flows. Short military explanation: corporal, sergeant, lieutenant, major, major general and finally army general. You advocate the thesis that workers are to blame for the company going bankrupt.

Anyway, why do you let the media scare you? Dead bodies lying everywhere? First time I hear it, and I follow the media daily... Before the covid epidemic don't be afraid. It's nothing brutally horrible. The epidemic can be successfully contained with a few measures. I really don't know why you're so scared? Well, given that these so simple measures have been in force for more than a year and include locking in enclosures (their size changes a bit, but we're still locked and nothing shows it will change), but we still haven't contained the epidemic anywhere in the world, how can you be so sure? Yeah, primož will of course chime in with nonsense, but that can only be said by someone who has absolutely no idea about society, even if he's a great chemist. And yeah, if we're talking qualifications, I have a degree in humanities.

So guys, let that bumblebee drink some more "ink". Anyway he doesn't understand and it doesn't concern him, because he's infallible and infinitely self-loving (narcissistic). But these supported ("argued", for the smart ones) quotes can be for reflection for other "his" - who also don't feel like thinking about anything...but maybe a "hidden talent" is found

@gely: that your immunologist is catching up now. Where was he then? Namely, this really isn't something new. Not exactly fake, the virus was here and also fatalities, but it was greatly inflated. Those of us who can think with our own head knew it back then. The rest fell for it. Here 13 died because of it (without I don't know what measures). Every life of course is valuable, but no comparison even with seasonal flu, let alone COVID. Did that immunologist speak up then? He didn't dare, right? Now he can babble in hindsight. Back then everyone in one voice. And yes, pharma profited. Who else. It will with COVID too.

Yes, VanSims, if only pharma profited, one could somehow understand, since they professionally do that and strive for big profits. In my opinion at least twice as much "profited" organized crime of intermediaries and politicians hand in hand. So on one side we have economy collapse, permanent consequences on children, limiting freedom etc... On the other immense enrichment of a select handful of people who "saved human lives". And that money going into their pockets is our public money. That will have long-term consequences for healthcare, education, elderly care, welfare state etc. Then will follow what already was. We must tighten belts a bit, various freezes, must be content with little.....and not forget that we are enormously indebted precisely because of the mentioned theft of public money. So if these criminals are not convicted and confiscated what's stolen, nothing good awaits us and our descendants. P.S.: In Stuttgart 10,000 people protested against covid tyranny, so we won't be too narrow-minded.

EMA confirmed what has long been said, that there is a link between more frequent blood clots and Astra Zeneca. Now I can only say how sorry I am for the naivety of people who got vaccinated. I hope as few as possible are affected. No one will answer anyway, it was said before vaccination. And so our Bučko slowly but steadily turns from hero (for Lino say) into fool. Lino, hope you didn't get Astra Zeneca under Bučko's influence. How many will die because of this crime we will never know anyway. Astra Zeneca - Blood clots

Just bureaucratic confirmation of what is already known. Nothing new. The chance is about 1:100 000. But true, more in younger with better immune system. That's why now in most EU they adjusted strategy and vaccinate elderly with it. For them the chance is about the same as with other vaccines. Side effects always existed. With all vaccines. Just wasn't talked about before. Since you say @Becar that you are vaccinated with everything possible, you had a chance of them before too. No one forces anyone anyway. Vaccination is voluntary and everyone should decide themselves. If we already had swine flu on the table, its vaccine also had some side effects but wasn't talked about so much. Now all these vaccines are under more detailed public interest.

Yeah then it's all fine, I don't know why we're even talking about it if such side effects are expected and it's normal. The only thing that seems unusual to me is that even the covid mafia got scared of the consequences and stopped vaccination with this vaccine. Obviously you have more information than them. You're quite naive, first you trusted the measures, now with this affair you trust the 1:100.000 ratio again, it's hard to get to you. Wasn't this ratio recently 1:100.000.000? Meaning it's already a thousand times lower. What will it be in a month? 1:100?

Becar, unfortunately I still don't know when that date will be and which vaccine it will be! It's all still in God's hands or in the state's hands. Primož remains the role model and number 1 expert.

But for our experts it's still not enough! "EMA has not yet completed its procedure. If one of the representatives gives statements to the public, the question is whether he is authorized for that. It's right to wait until the end of the investigation and find out in which population segment this finding affects, hard to believe that AstraZeneca would suddenly become unsuitable for the entire population," says vaccination coordinator Jelko Kacin.
