Does anyone know if the road to planina Blato is passable with summer tires, and what are the conditions to planina Laz, Lazovski preval, Debeli vrh or Ogradi.

On 8.5., someone in the FB group Hribolazec posted that the road to Blato is passable, dry - the planinas are dry, the peaks Jezerski stog, Adam and Eva, and Ogradi still had quite some snow.

I think we met you in the morning at planina Blato, when you started ahead of us. Later we observed that group from the path Lazovski pass, as we went on that path to Ograde. Beautiful path with a bit of scrambling and then along ledges on the ridge. Really beautiful day - fairy tale. No pics for Ograde, as the counter was faulty.

Yesterday we visited Debeli vrh.
Road to planina Blato is drivable, no problems. They are already preparing to install a barrier (where they usually collect toll).
From parking towards pl. Laz the path is ok for a while, but soon after it branches from the direction to pl. Jezero towards Laz the ordeal begins. Lots of fallen trees and quite some acrobatics needed. Upper part of the path is better.
Path from planina Laz to Debeli vrh is ok. Of course very slippery, as it rains a little every day in Bohinj mountains.
Not knowing about snow at the characteristic notch between forepeak and summit, we turned earlier lower towards the gully descending to Laz. We even found some old marks. In the notch we saw it was clear, so we used it later for return.
Summit stayed cloudless for about half an hour, then fog rolled in soon.
Summit colorful with flowers, same forepeak where we lounged.
Return to Laz, 10 min before car it started raining.

Yesterday from Stara Fužina via Vogar, pl. pri Jezeru and pl. v Lazu to forepeak. Snow starts a bit before Vogar. In the forest snow is frozen, sometimes icy, occasionally walked with crampons, especially on return from pl. v Lazu. Around Lazovski pass and further to summit snow is settled (also elsewhere on path). To forepeak I chose approach via gully. Gully probably had lots of windblown snow, now settled. Gully is longer and steeper than it looks from below. No time for main summit, it was already 2 o'clock. Conditions generally excellent, almost no sinking, except a bit before pl. v Lazu from Jezero direction. Big temperature differences, hot in open, cold in forest. On return from pl. v Lazu to pl. Blato followed ski track or predecessors' traces, more by feel, several forks, no marks or signs, if you don't know it's quite a labyrinth.

I was at Thick Peak over the weekend. The path is mostly nicely traceable, even "cairn-aided", so I had no problems. But it requires a bit more attention than walking a marked path.
No peculiarities, just be careful over the notch separating the forepeak from the main peak.
