Good tour you did, Zoran. For my knee even the walk to Škaf was too much.
If we had arranged, it would be hard to time it at the start like we did in the morning. Well, at Majerhold we missed each other, but we swung on the same swing...
About the 'Škaf' that isn't yet, more words tomorrow.

The listed ones aren't exactly "hillocks" either. You're overestimating yourself a bit and underestimating the mountains.

You wouldn't have chimed in anyway, and your judgment about equating Porezen with all three Rokavi and Škrlatica in one day two years ago doesn't hold water.

Here, one philosophical that just for that reason won't solve anythingvelik nasmeh in a mountaineer's life there are glorious and average days. Since the latter are by far the most frequent, his attitude to them will decide how he'll feel in his daily life. In plain speak - nothing beats Vimperkcoolnasmeh

It's quite a regular for Jerebičje nasmeh

As usual, this Sunday too I ascended from Pavličevo sedlo along the border cut under Pavličeve stene, where at about 1550 mnv I found a path to the logging trail on the eastern slope leading to the saddle below the southern foot of Sten. I climbed the meadow southwards and descended along border stones to Lesnikovo sedlo. At the junction of logging trail (SLO) and forest road (A), between them along the pasture fence I went up to the ridge, followed it – except short stretch on logging trail crossing it higher up – practically to the top. Path is well traceable and trodden.

Descended via path over eastern slopes of Jerebičje, before Lesnikovo sedlo I ran into blueberries and a blueberry nasmeh, then along forest road to Austrian side, from it after few hundred meters right to the road under Pavličeve stene. There again eastern logging trail to ridge and forest logging trail starting in clearing east of ridge to the saddle.

More views towards Savinja part of KSA, Grintovci showed darker face – occasional stronger west wind and calm on Slovenian path side added contrast on that day's route. Terrain practically dry – despite Saturday rain – wind obviously did its job…
