I wasn't there but I saw Germans whose cable snapped... Both Germans (guys around 30) had injuries below the knees... They probably patched them up at the health center, judging by the nicely bandaged legs... Met them in Bovec.

Almost spring-like temperatures today drew me to the hills, not too early. Goal: Mala Mojstrovka via Hanzova. Shady location, unsure about snow. Still went with son towards the wall. Lower scree sprinkled with snow. Most of the first two-thirds of the path were wet, rock mostly dry. Last third quite snowy. If frozen, would have turned back or not even started; but snow was wet, temperatures high for the season, so we completed the secured part. Didn't go to the top of Mala Mojstrovka - after the secured part turned down towards Vršič. Youth always rushing.
Larches are a bit shedding, not yellow yet as I quietly hoped for nice autumn scenes - they still lack that. Lots of cars at the pass itself. In the warm weather, you saw everything - from cyclists, motorcyclists, walkers with baby in stroller.
Nice day well spent before the forecasted winter.

From Vratca to Hanzova entrance still lots of snow, but with caution not too demanding.
Trouble starts at Hanzova start. Final gully at least 2m wide, few m high. Right side rope tensioned, but doesn't help inexperienced climbers much.
I used left variant through narrow passage with crampons and axe between wall and snow, then traverse steep snowfield to protections in Hanzova.
This variant demanding in current conditions.
For normal entry to Hanzova need to wait much longer.
Higher wall dry, only under summit back to snow, but gentle terrain not too demanding.

Trouble starts at the start of Hanzova. The final chimney is at least 2m wide and a few meters high. On the right side there is a tensioned rope, but it doesn't help inexperienced climbers much.

The condition on Hanzova on 26.6. was the same as PFranci described, only no fixed rope anymore (owner is a local guide who picked it up after a group climbed up). Without winter gear no chance to reach the cables. Later on the path, almost no snow.

That rope for ascent was not usable. It would be usable only for abseil (rope descent). I was there Friday around noon and went left around, same as Franci (with crampons and ice axe).

On Saturday I only looked from afar, from the path to Slemenova špica, so no major changes from a week ago. For the entry still recommend ice axe and crampons (for the left bypass).

It won't be possible. There's still a huge amount of snow at the entrance.
