Yeah, apparently someone is intensively picking them for a side dish to beef steaks...

A bit damp walk through the forest, no mushroom pickers, but mushrooms are there.

Especially Tinky and other mushroom pickers who collect more than just edible parasols, chanterelles and umbrella mushrooms! It would be interesting if you added some more (illustrative) photos of other (edible and conditionally edible) mushrooms and named them, maybe how you prepare them..? On previous pages I noticed you're picking everything from pearls, pine boletes to various velvet shanks etc... If it's not too much trouble.. to learn something new. Thanks and best regards! So which mushrooms are all on picture 6?

biba, on the sixth picture mostly field mushrooms or champignons and slippery jacks, plus some sheep's head and as we call it autumn paxillus or little man. Slippery jacks and sheep's heads must be peeled, as well as pearls or red fly agarics /raw poisonous/ heat-treated excellent. Top left there's also one chestnut bolete.

After a tiring weekend only the young ones are left in the forest...

An aunt picked them at the same spot in the morning, in the afternoon I overtook her... Tomorrow I'll report how many there will be. But I left at least that many tiny ones.

On the meadow where there were butter mushrooms yesterday, today quite a few milkcaps!! Of course boletus are boletus.

Today's boletus, picked on my home hill at Golovec. This time there were more old-adults than young ones.

When you have to think which one to take, which to leave in the forest so as not to exceed the quota, then it's no longer interesting...

Let me paraphrase that one who has luck in cards, doesn't have it in love. For you, dprapr, it would therefore apply that who has luck in mushrooms, doesn't have it in cards. I'm thinking of challenging you to tarot

Where are the youthful years and tarok? Anyway, those two really don't go together. If you play tarok, they pick your mushrooms in the meantime.

And if the mushroom pickers don't take them while you're playing, the winner takes your previously picked ones at the end of the 'game'
