Serajko and Viharnik, picking karžels is forbidden, as it's a protected mushroom, fine up to 200€

I can pick as many as I want in my forest of 40 ha size (that's our forest). Today picked cca 20-25 porcini.

True, the pics are bad, but first got 6 pieces at one spot then cca 50 meters away real jackpot first two porcini, then a couple meters away 7 porcini, then again couple meters away some 5 porcini + singles while walking.
But nothing unusual, this year there could be lots more so I'd need tractor to woods for them, cuz can't carry home.
Once had full big basket of porcini packed to handle, then two big bags, + stuffed into windbreaker.

protected mushrooms you can't pick even in your own forest
even if you have your own forest it still applies that you can pick only 2kg per day
it's like if I shot a bear in my own forest, but I can't

Despite the rainy morning we went to check for mushrooms a bit. Assessment: above 1000m bad - immediately returned from Smrekovca to the valley and picked quite a few. But crowd at the hut...

Going back to the woods to pick porcini again, nothing like it, it's the TOP season for mushroom picking.
But soon there won't be so many; currently there are fantastic conditions for growth (rain before, moon, sun now, temperature around 20°C....)
