At our place everything is dry. Mushrooms match that, a couple of dried morels prepared like vampires Trieste-style.

Now lower down it's really dry. Still there are morels, honey mushrooms, and here and there a bolet.

Today on the way to Blegoš I saw several such mushrooms with upside-down cap. Maybe someone knows what species?

This is from the bolete genus and the cap is not wrongly turned. In this case, you can see that the mushroom is already old, the spore layer has massively spread, which is normal for most of this genus, that the cap from semicircular shape more or less flattens.

Received important info - warning about above posted mushroom. Forwarding the note. "In summer you can find two very similar mushrooms in forests. While all happily pick summer boletes, many accidentally get bitter bolete in basket (distinctly inedible as it bitters prepared dishes a lot, noticed right away when eating). Young ones extremely similar, found in approx same forest stands. Older ones still very similar pores, but differ - summer boletes spore print yellow to green, bitter bolete pink/red (pores both similar even old) - on Dragon's photo nicely visible, see link https://www.gobe.si/Gobe/TylopilusFelleus We too last time threw away wonderfully smelling mushroom sauce to trash ... Best regards, Robert Rudman"

Where did you pick them, ppegan, if it's no secret?

Kranj, not sure if it helps, but under Virnikov Grintovec, more precisely on Zg. Jezersko - Murn - Sp. Virnik three boletuses, quite some chanterelles and two honey mushrooms were found. If anyone wanders there, recommend stopping at Lehnjak springs, pictures attached.

Thanks for the reply, of course it helps. I was just wondering how to get to the top of those springs, I saw them from below from the road and they are divine.

On foot, start at the old church Sv. Ožbalt (marked on maPZS: https://mapzs.pzs.si/poi/107495) or by car to Spodnji Virnik (they have excellent yogurts and fresh milk, sell organic cottage cheese and cheese too). By car - on the main road just before Jezersko (from Kranj side) turn left over little bridge - if attentive, see green farm sign.
