Late afternoon by bike from Jesenice to Peričnik. The road from Rosa onwards should be closed on weekdays, at least that's what the sign by the road says, but no sign of any road works (except some sprayed on the ground here and there). Hut at Peričnik closed. No one at the waterfall except me. According to the traffic counter at Rosa, I was only the 35th 'vehicle' just before 19:00 today up therenasmeh Regards

Today to Peričnik. The road is icy and caution is needed. The path along the right bank of the Bistrica is OK.
The waterfall is encased in ice, but the thaw in the next days will probably do its thing.

First time this year by bike, trip Jesenice-Peričnik waterfall. Bike path to Mojstrana dry, just a small snow patch a bit from Hrušica onwards, road Mojstrana-Peričnik fully dry but officially still closed to traffic from Rosa onwards. Path to waterfall snow-free, to upper waterfall the path is closed. Regards

That board about the number of cars shows incorrectly. Unless there were that many entries, but it doesn't count exits.

It only counts entries into the valley.. but really it counts cyclists as 'vehicles' too, every time I go past on bike it detects mevelik nasmeh several times, not always, this board detected me even when I walked pastzmeden so as 'vehicles' you have to count cars, vans, motorbikers, cyclists and some walkersvelik nasmeh

Afternoon bike jaunt, parked at the hut, went to the waterfall and behind it, then explored a little path under nearby cliffs. Very few visitors, lots of water, also trickling from cliffs everywhere. Regards

I usually go to Peričnik by bike, today I decided to walk the whole way (from Jesenice)nasmeh I didn't go on the bike path, but through Hrušica, then across the meadow above the main road, at the Presušnik stream one reaches the main road, from there to Mojstrana on the path where there was once a railway to Trbiž. From Mojstrana onwards and at the waterfall quite a few people, the hut is closed. On the way back I went to the park in Mojstrana and then to the bus stop at Dovje (under the camp) and by bus back to Jesenice. Regards

Evening walk from Dovje to Peričnik. Started the path from Dovje just after 20:00. From Mojstrana to Peričnik and back met no onenasmeh path to both falls OK, a bit slippery. Regards

Afternoon trail, I start in Dovje, descent to Mojstrana and along the road to Peričnik. On the road to Vrata, somewhere between km markers 5.0 and 5.5 km, an unmarked path branches off to the upper waterfall (also Vrtaška planina, Sleme..) after initial steepness the path flattens, need to watch for the left branch, not marked. Path continues mostly along the edge of cliffs. Around the falls already a bit icy, ice stalactites have already started growing, small ones and few of them. Regards

Jusić, does the barrier in Vrata bother your dick? Then, when you started from Jesenice, after 10 minutes you already parked AT Dovje (not in Dovje, at Dovje or something similar. For nothing. And walked past the barrier to Peričnik. On the forum we then make fun of people who complain about the barrier and astronomical parking fees. Eh, my Esemir.
