As far as I know, not yet! I was at Kašna planina from Črnivec, and there's a barrier at the top! From the top of Črnivec you can descend to the junction for Luče, and from there over Kranjski rak to Podvolovljek. So via Gornji Grad you can get to Podvolovljek!

From Jermance through Repov kot to Planjava, down over the saddle.

We left home early so that not all parking spots would be taken, but at 6.30 when we were there, it wasn't much of a problem. Through Repov kot the path is well followable, some easy climbing is needed, but nothing worse. On the greens it was already pretty hot and we reached the summit around 10.30. We looked around a bit and headed back to the valley towards the saddle. On the screes downhill at the start we didn't find the right scree, but then it went express to Pastirci. At the upper parking lot cars got some warnings for parking on grass/forest surface.

For the whole loop we took 7 hours.

At our parking lot they didn't share anything

I think it's right to fine those who park outside the parking lot. If it's full at Jermanci, let them park below at the hut and go on foot.

As you see he parked at the "parking lot" at Jermanci, behind you can see blackberries and tall grass.

That at Jermanci isn't a parking lot at all. And if they're hauling wood, or planning to, which is the season now, the vehicles are probably in the way. In Italy in such case they simply close the road.

No prohibition sign, but on the map there are markings that it's a parking lot.

Proven from our parts, with a few euros' donation into the municipality's piggy bank, say at some ramp in Kamniška, all clauses of the Forestry Act and nature conservation would drop out.

Conversely, they would pat you on the shoulder, because you are a misguided environmentalist and "you comply with regulations in the field of forestry and nature conservation and thus help preserve pristine nature."

Soon the ski season will start on Krvavec and Pokljuka.

Who is the daddy there now anyway, the civil corporation or the forest institute? Or do they all want to be?
Was there a prohibition sign below? Because usually they put it during works... and then call the police if cars are up...

The road to Jermanco is worse, up Repov kot. To the ridge with ice axe. Further on the traverse a very steep large snowfield appears, 12-tooth crampons up and ice axe. Could go direct up the rocks where less snow. Further to the summit without crampons. Descent on summer route direction Kamniško sedlo, a bit our own way, several snowfields, here and there some new snow slides under me, normal. Crampons mandatory, at Sukalnik look down to Kam.sedlo, don't go because still lots of snow and melting, and ice from wall could fly into me. Descent over Planjava meadows back to Repov kot.

Up there you reach via the gully behind Vrati, of course if you don't go right out earlier, so there are two options.

Yesterday a nice circular tour, start at the parking lot below planina Podvežak. Still in the dark we start to Kocbek Hut on Korošica, where we take the path in the direction of Ojstrica and at the first junction direction Škarje. At sunrise we step onto Roglje 2178m a.s.l., then we continue the path in the direction of Planjava. Of course in between also to Lučka Brana-BABA 2331m, Vilice east summit 2335m, Vilice 2392m then already Planjava 2392m, we decide also for East summit Planjava 2394m. For descent we chose direction Srebrno sedlo and along the way we stopped also at Highest edge of Zeleniške špice 2023m, then descent to Korošica. There we take some rest and also to Deca nasmeh
