A bit slippery, otherwise all as it should be; it was cloudy and very, very windy. Some pics succeeded okay anyway.

Yesterday we headed to Polhograjska Grmada and Tošč.
We did a loop: Topol pri Medvodah - Polhograjska Grmada - Tourist farm Gonte - Tošč - Tourist farm Gonte - Topol pri Medvodah.
It was a nice sunny day, a bit of wind on top. Some spots a bit snowy and frozen, especially north side of Grmada, so be careful on that path section.
The hike was extremely nice, no wonder we met tons of hikers. Recommend for short family trip

How's the road from Toško čelo to Topol? Trees cleared?
EDIT: At Dobnikar inn they say it's OK.

Road has sawn trees, only somewhere mid-Ravnik road narrowing with log. For passenger car no problem passing that part.

Thanks viharnik, I plan to run anyway, so a log no obstacle. Rožnik e.g. still fully blocked (except road from Čad to inn or bit further and from Mostec to jumps).

Path not so simple as some would present, I checked myself. Consider that less fit people go there (snow sinks, many detours around fallen trees). In short not talking idly, I visit Grmada and Tošč top at least ca 10 times a month.

When crossing these paths, you need to be cautious only in windy weather and heavy rain. First because of still hanging broken tree parts, second due to shifting uprooted roots with trunks and rocks, also poorly supported fallen trees leaning on each other. Otherwise the situation has already calmed down, of course some climbing over trees is unavoidable. When crossing each fallen tree, you also need to look and assess the tree's stability, as apparently the PDs will clean the trails all summer.

Tomorrow I plan to go from Sora to Hum and further to Osovnik. Does anyone know how the path is, is it sensible to hike or not - due to the ice storm consequences of course?

The road has been cleared long ago, but probably not in the forest, so eyes on stalks and look into the tree crowns how and what.
