Hello. I'm interested in the hiking path to Porezen. Are the trails passable, and is the hut open? I'm also curious from which side the access is easier. lp and thanks Alenka

How will you get to the starting point? From Škofja Loka towards Davča and Petrovem Brdu you can't get to the starting point!!!

You can also reach Porezen from the Cerkno direction from the village Poče.

There is no road to Davča because it was washed away.

You can drive to Porezen also via Poljanska dolina through Hotavlje, Leskovica towards the ski resort
Cerkno and then further towards Davča.

On 10.11. I was on Porezen. The road from Škofja Loka, through Železniki, to Petrov Brdo is normally drivable. And it's interesting to see the consequences of the storm. Quite wild!
On Petrov Brdo the road goes steeply left up, follow to one or the other farm (it's written on the sign), park and then the path is very well marked. I went for the 1st time alone and found everything
Up the hut was closed, the view divine. Lp

Hi, I'm interested in the conditions on Porezen. What's the path from Petrov Brdo like, is there much snow? Is the hut open on weekends?
