On the contrary. All paths to Prisojnik are Slovenian. One is also Slovenian.
As for the answer to the question - not particularly exposed anywhere. In the middle it gets a bit steep, nothing special, most annoying below the summit, where it runs along an unpleasant slope with loose scree. But doable.

@mirank thanks for the reply. I meant via the southern route, which crosses almost the whole southern slope. Notch and window you turn left before the southern slope, right?

A common practice is to go up the “Ridge” and down the “Southern”. Of course, if doing a loop.
Otherwise, the “Southern” is the easiest…

Stats are quite modest. 1300m and 13km. Route mostly very demanding, high concentration needed so progress quite slow. Thus time-wise long. Around 8.30-9h by "norm" and actually took about that.

Vršič was usually just my intermediate point regarding starting points for the mountains, as I was always more drawn to the Soča side. Visits to Mojstrovke, Nad Šitom glave and Slemenove špice do not need such careful planning due to shorter distances, like tours to their higher "colleagues" in these parts; in less "crowded" times (regarding the number of visitors at Vršič) these are usually my "afternoon mountains".
So Prisank aka Prisojnik remained somehow "forgotten" or "for another time", as peaks above Soča were more desirable; for an afternoon tour the clock would always chase me, which is never good. Also, the mass visits to this Vršič-near daddy repelled me from planning a route to it…
But this Saturday I somehow "forced" myself and parked at the pass in the morning. No excessive crowds (yet), even coffee at Tičarjev dom – and... Sovna glava offered the first wide views, which really were not lacking on the whole path. In the shade of Vrh Kraj sten I advance to the crossroads Na Robu, then head to the Grebenska path to Prisojnik, where the steepness really starts. Sunny grass soon replaced by rockier terrain and soon at Prednje okno; behind it the more demanding part of the path begins, equipped with protections in very good condition. To the summit from the Window still about an hour of ridge walking, soon followed by enjoying views all around.
Descended – too quick for Darinka to wave from Razor – via Slovenska (southern) path, where only one snow patch to cross, which – given current temperatures – will soon be gone. On ascent met quite some hikers and climbers (yes, mostly gentler sex ), on descent first people under Sovna glava. Circled it at the end via (SW) path below it, spiced with some sandy gullies – well, for a clean end the radler at Poštarski dom took care, where I last sat in olive-grey times…
Both paths well marked and where really needed – well secured. Weather that day sunny, which can make paths hot, but thanks to wind issues only superficial, no deep cooking ; first heat felt only last hour. Next time again to the Soča side
