Hi
I'm wondering about the path from Črno jezero to pl. Viševnik; a few years ago it was in pretty bad condition (poorly marked, overgrown), so we struggled – we went in the opposite direction.

Hey.
We went yesterday without big issues, just pay attention to the marks and part of the path is like a primeval forest , but with the route description from hribi.net, no major problems.

Thanks, it'll come in handy. Because we'll be in these parts in the second half of October. The route will go like this (hint for others too): parking in Fužina then Vogar, pL. pri Jezeru - pl. Viševnik - Pršivec then back to pl. Viševnik via Komarča to Zlatorog bus to Ribčev laz (store) then back to parking.

Interesting tour and smart decision, descent from Pršivec to Vogar is catastrophic  , Komarča is "piece of cake" against that slope where you got nowhere to hold ...

Yes really.... especially if you take for ascent the hunter's path from Zlatorog to Pršivec, you realize that descent via Komarča is a real "sweet walk"

Mukica, no newer data. Given that on the opposite Vogel good 30 cm of snow fell, probably similar on Pršivec. Today probably very windy too.

I was there a week ago - turned back 200 m below the summit because I could not find the path continuation. Very nasty path (especially downhill).
Posting GPS track - does anyone guess where I got lost? I actually had the path, then it suddenly vanished in a grassy gully. I searched for the continuation (no luck) for 1.5 hours. While searching for the path, I did at least 300 m elevation gain up and down in four different directions, but found no path or passage.

Deal. Did not know there are two variants, would not be surprised if more exist. I got under high overhanging walls and could not proceed.

There you should turn left, traverse and then arc right up to the summit. Towards the summit it is annoying because the little path vanishes in places.
I hope you had enough water at least, I would be very reluctant to tackle it again due to that bad experience. I followed Habjan's description in Less Known Paths, it has a sketch too, but I did not fully get rid of the wandering.
