Majda,
this is Jaro from yesterday. You say he won't let himself be petted. Many years ago I met a pup of similar size in Bovec, always ran towards me barking loudly. Happy and playful. But to pet him, no. Always at a distance. Then one day I surprised him and offered him something to eat. When he cautiously sniffed what I had, I grabbed him and squeezed him into my lap, careful that he didn't snap at my fingers. It took a while to calm him down, I quietly reassured him that I meant no harm and petted him... He slowly relaxed and calmed down; when I put him on the ground, he didn't run away but stayed close to me and let me pet him. Then we were friends; he no longer barked when we met, I could always pet him, but he was cautious and alert, and if he thought I wanted to grab him, he quickly backed away Maybe you can tame Jaro too...

Bojan, he smells me before he sees me. He runs to me so fast that it carries him away. Makes no noise, knows a treat is coming. Tongue out, paws up. Sits with me until I go. Sometimes I manage to pet him a bit above the snout, but he quickly backs off. Owner says he doesn't like being petted. Book says it's a cuddly breed. But he's fast, owner barely catches him when I leave. Such cute plump little ones, big and small. And your princess, is she healthy?

Hm, princess is almost blind and deaf. Green cataract. Also dementia, we treat with Canergy tablets. Worn hips too. Chiropractic once a month for hips, helps a lot. Vet says dog adapts itself or accepts age issues. She's holding up well over 15 years, eats well, walks as long as she likes, I carry her on stairs. As soon as we can leave the municipality, we'll do walks by the sea or under the mountains, hikes are sadly over
