But I remember last year from Bohinj, that I at least once saw a dog on the free buses, and those buses are usually really full.

In the end it's usually all up to the driver's good will. @jbs did you get an answer? Well one more thing, last year there was a bit heated debate because passengers were listed, names surnames and phone numbers.. this year there's none, today I went up and down 2x with these buses and nobody asked anything, last year I assume because of corona and contact tracing.. the visit was good for the first day, at least what I saw, probably would have been even better if the weather was nicer.
