- Crampons for icy roads. In the snow they are quickly removed afterwards. And in the cold they are more stretchy than at home in the warm.8

It started burning right above the forest road, about 1 hectare burned. Luckily nothing worse.

I'd say it was set on purpose, true everything's dry now, but just like that out of nowhere mid-winter the undergrowth by the road doesn't ignite.. don't know where the info that near the top the fire was heading to there are holiday homes and other buildings.. on this hill there's nothing but forest, nearest ones are way far.

Saw it yesterday and today too. Not to judge, but just a few meters off the path. Jusk you're probably right. Just with a "butt" it'd be hard to catch, still moisture under leaves. To the weekend cottages really kinda far, but fire spreads fast and bit windy. All's well that ends well!
