Today I went to see how thoroughly and sacrificially you repaired the rockfall... really THANKS to everyone who participated. The trail otherwise without peculiarities, a bit of everything... you can see there is still lots of scree on the rocks... if there are more visitors it cleans faster. Views and weather perfect, also some visitors, at least lots on the saddle, Brana also a bit more...nasmeh

Yesterday we two also went to check nasmeh. We went to Turska gora up the gully and to Kamnik Saddle via Kotlice. Renovated part impeccably secured, thanks for fixing it. We continued to the saddle and bivouacked there, today we returned to Okreselj and Logar Valley. In the hut many of us planned to go to Brana too, including us, but we all turned back to the valley due to strong wind... WARNING: Extremely windy at heights now, so be smart and careful on the trail. Gusts sometimes so strong there's even risk of being blown away, especially on ridges. I recommend you take a beanie, which you put under the helmet. Otherwise both trails are extremely nice, just don't descend the Turski gully, it's steep as hell... nasmehmežikanje. On Turska mountain I was today. Up through Turski gully, down via Kotlice. Also to Kamnik saddle for coffee. On saddle and end of gully very strong wind. Down via Okreselj. Really nice repaired trail section where landslide was. Around Rinka hordes of hikers, mostly cubic ones.
at Okrešje they should have roasted an ox so much folk was up there1

Yesterday with friend Tonika we headed to Turska gora through Turski gully. Road to start below Rinka Waterfall drivable, just foresters logging and occasionally closing due to fallen trees.
Trail to Okreselj heavily icy in morning hours, so we regretted leaving small crampons home. Above GRS hut real winter pleasure started, good squeaky snow under feet. Track made by predecessors wind-covered with drifted snow, so sometimes sank to knees... but firm base remained so no big problems. Last third of gully crampons on, ice axe in hand soon after entering gully and helmet on head, stones nicely falling from wall... top as usual windblown and icy. At top of Turski gully standard draft and we two continued to Turska gora.nasmehnasmeh
Returned same way to start and as expected most annoying from Okreselj to car...eek Conditions in gully good and currently no skiers yet.

In my opinion Turkish gully is the gentlest, compared to Begunjščica and Vrtača... big
but Turkish gully is long, of course from monument to summit... the mentioned route is just one straight track upwards...
