From Rihar along the path marked with exclamation marks (according to PZS) (exclamation marks are on the map). Further from Bivak pod Kalom on a demanding path up (need to watch where you step), and less demanding on the other side down.
To Cuc waterfall it's a bit harder to get to, but possible. From Jelka only remains.
