No closure anymore. Road to Ravne or Podvežak is normally drivable.

Does anyone have info on conditions at Veliki vrh and path there? How much snow, possible with touring skis via Podvežak/Planina Ravne or all scree outside and path overgrown?

Pl. Ravne - Dleskovec - Veliki vrh - Velika Zelenica - Molička peč - from col past cavers' bivouac to Pl. Zelene trate - Pl. Ravne
Yesterday I spent a wonderful day on the Dleskovec plateau. The whole day the sun was baking, wind barely a sample, paths without special features, except the cross path from col to junction with marked path to Veliki vrh is harder to follow at times, but cairns help, and descent from Dleskovec to Zelene trate not found on north side (as in description), but well-trodden path took us more west. We met very few people. Only on Veliki vrh we nicely chatted with a couple from Pivka.
Above Pl. Ravne we picked blueberries, not many and wood strawberries. Lots of flowers on path, mainly various Zois bellflowers.
Really nice places, little visited. Livestock grazing on Dolga trata and Pl. Ravne. Return loop via marked path over Zelene trate. Name very apt. Really all green - larch forest and ground blueberries, grasses and other ground creepers.

Hi, does anyone maybe have info on road to start Planica (Planinšek), drivable by car? And snow conditions on path to Veliki vrh, Zelenica? Enough snow for touring skis? Thanks!

Parked at junction to Podvežak-Ravne, road dry.
From Planina Ravne via Dolgih trat to Veliki vrh and descent on the other side past Podvežak to the car.
Snow transformed, base holds, even after 11 could go without snowshoes.
Many touring skiers, mainly on Veliki vrh, access via V ridge (S side slope to Zelenica).
Of course skiers also from Deska.
Day warm, no wind.

There could be much more snow at this time, at Podvežak only as much as fell 2 days ago (max 10cm), higher it's enough to ski but not perfect. The car could reach practically to the parking lot if you enjoy driving on snow, otherwise about 1km from the parking lot. Nothing trodden towards Molička, we were probably the first after the snowfall in that direction, cheers.
