Zgornje Jezersko or Jezersko saddle, at the border crossing.

You park at the end of the road, plenty of space. No one lives here, just an abandoned weekend house, Murnovo is below. But you'll have problems finding the marked trail. Usual starting point is at Jezersko by the church, can park at Kazina too. But from there it's much longer with quite some gravel.

We went a few years ago from Olipje farm, along the road you mentioned and had no trouble getting to the marked path.
