Of course I know conditions will change already today, short report on today's ascent to peak above skrbina. The path is practically dry to the junction at 1530m, soon after you need to put on crampons. The last steep 300 meters are completely snow-covered. Snow less than 50cm but mostly icy. Without crampons and ice axe no way. At the top great view of western J.A., on the east view of the sun rising behind clouds for about 30 minutes, then clouds caught this peak too and had to go back to the valley

Can you tell me the starting point of your tour? I'm looking for a variant for Sunday. Thanks

Super pictures and the ascent is also great, but it bothers me (no offense) the Slovenian , which it isn't. The portal is public and our mother tongue certainly deserves more respect from the writers! Darko wishes you many similar ascents and pictures for our soul

No offense, but you see that my mistakes are the result of the fact that I'm a border Slovenian and unfortunately I didn't attend Slovenian schools... But every time I comment I try my best to make the report as understandable as possible. Many nice ascents to you too @gandalf starting point is planina kuk

As miri says, hats off to pikpok, just let us know more, and regor surely thinks so now that he heard the explanation.... it's generally nice if someone sometimes stands up for the Slovenian language, since many people still neglect it too gladly

Pikpok, excellent! I deeply apologize to you and respect you even more! That writing of mine about the language was meant for all who try to show the beauties of our mountains to other enthusiasts, but are too little attentive to our unique mother tongue. Who will guard it if not us! Congratulations!

Pikpok, nice trip and congrats on preserving the language. If all who live in the 'land on the sunny side of the Alps' were at least that aware of its importance and uniqueness, especially in respecting the dual, declensions and many other peculiarities, it would be easier for you living outside Slovenia too. SamoK - unique native language (questions: what kind ... answer: unique and which ... native).

This Slovenian discussion made me laugh... just who is right. For demonstrative and possessive pronouns like naš the correct form is unique. The tour is top. I came from Razor pasture and the path is BP. Both climbing and regular.

Great that old exchanges of opinions make someone laugh too. We can meet after the tour for coffee and continue on correct use of native language.
